I had an emergency situation with a stent that was no longer working properly. The office staff got me in immediately and and Dr Herdrich did a procedure on my leg the next day. I am really grateful for their quick response and compassion.

The intact person and the Nurse was very quick to acknowledge me, I was impressed with the way that they helped me. The Doctor was awesome! He engaged me with the explanation of what was going on, giving the info thoroughly and very understandable. Answered all my questions. Just a little rushed at the end, but understandable because I am sure he didn't want the next patient waiting too long.

Between the doctor and the receptionist, customer service was top-notch. They had the skills and the cultural competency to discuss the procedure at hand and articulate the situation and its risks and making us feel comfortable.

My waiting time was not a factor that I included in my plan, and as it turned out it wasn't necessary. I was called in 10 minutes earlier than my scheduled time. To make this short, I was led to a patient room; and I was provided all preliminary information. I was very surprised to complain my issue in such a short time frame. When I have a doctors appointment, I never expect it to be on time. What a pleasant surprise! I was seen 10 minutes earlier!

I love my talks with Sara, but I feel like the appointment time is too rushed. If my appointments are set for 30 minutes, I would like that entire 30 minutes to discuss everything. I don't think we made it past 15 minutes - and this appointment is very expensive for just 15 minutes of time.

Dr. Weiland had performed surgery on me for a gallbladder removal back in 2004 and he did a wonderful job done in his care was very attentive and I was very pleased with the surgery. So when I needed another surgery, I didn't even hesitate to think about it, I just called him immediately, so I really appreciate having the ability to work with him again or him to work with me again and Yeah, I can't say enough good about him. Dr. Sweet and his entire staff have been tremendous! I have had to see him quite a bit this year - with surgery in March; I have been more than satisfied (and grateful) each appointment and with everyone on his team that I have had to communicate with.

I requested a referral from my primary care physician due to a hernia, and I was contacted within an hour from this provider. I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Sweet within a week. I met with Dr. Sweet and he found an additional hernia and explained the procedure he recommended. I left the facility with a date for my surgery, overall an excellent experience.

Mary is one fine provider. She is very good. One of the best I've ever met at Aspirus. My only complained about anything is it is so hard to call Aspirus and get through to talk to anyone. They'll tell you they're going to call you back and you can wait for two or three days and I never hear from them again. Something has to change over there 'cause that's only thing that gets upset it so we can call and talk to somebody about appointment or some things like that. Thank you.

I'm filling this out for Dr. Weiland's patient. Dr. Weiland is the kind of doctor that makes healthy people almost wishing his services! He was so patient and friendly towards my sister-in-law.

Dr. Weiland was very personable and helpful to my situation. I feel he went above and beyond by contacting my insurance regarding a procedure they had listed as non-covered. He was able to talk to the insurance and get the procedure on the covered list. He has a wonderful "bedside manner"! I highly recommend him!

Rhonda was a pleasant person to talk to. She explained my condition well and I was quite impressed with her.

Scheduling was terrible. Had to wait 3 months then got cancelled the day of and had to wait another 3 months for an appointment.

First appointment but it felt like I'd known him for along time. Very helpful and took time to explain my situation after a stroke. He did an excellent job!!

Surgical Associates should be a model for other practices. I have never been in a medical office where everyone working there from the Doctor on down were so personable !! Never felt rushed from the Dr. or any staff member when it came to answering my questions. Kuddos to Surgical Associates!!

Dr. Lejeune was able to get me in quickly. She was very friendly and was easy to talk to. She explained everything very well. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Surgiacl Associates were wonderful to work with. They explianed everything in terms I understood and were very specific when explaining the results. They also, were very supportive and reassuring of what I have been doing on my own. I was given tips on how to do even more for keeping my veins where they are now (mostly normal) and in the future.

She was amazing. Definite the best provider that I had in a long, long time. Listen very well to you, did judge you, and is eager to find what has been a problem area for a very long time. I couldn't have meet her at a better time. Made you feel like you matter. No imaging has been done to this area and over time has really physical and emotionally been a huge burden in your way of doing things in life. Trying not to flare it up. She brought hope to be able to go on a path to hopefully find answers. I am blessed to have found her. Has really lifted my hopes into answers.

Dr. was about 45 min. late for our appointment, but we were kept informed by his nurse.

Hi Rhonda listened to what I had to say, asked questions, and listened to what I said of a previous doctor had in the past. She's very suggestive and very open, I really admire the way she talks to me as a patient. So, that's all.

Dr. Herdrich is the number one, doctors far as I'm concerned. He did my carotid artery and he was very thoughtful the way he did it and afterwards he made sure you were taken care of. have a problem with now that I have a hard time. It's more complicated than I thought it would be. but you still willing to work with me, Thank you.
